Issues Requiring Action

(1) Achieve stable supply of independently-developed properties

In order to ensure the stable supply of new properties, we will further strengthen our procurement and development capabilities. With the basic policy of emphasizing profitability, we will establish a solid position in the condominium market by continuously and stably securing land for development of our in-house brands Gala Condominium series and Gala Residence series.

(2) Build a sales and service system that respects the position and needs of customers

In order to increase the number of units sold and managed, we will optimize our business systems, strengthen employee training, respect the position of customers, and build sales and service systems that meet their needs.

(3) Maintenance and enhancement of financial base

We will maintain and enhance our financial base to supply new properties stably and continuously and to support customer assets in the long term.

(4) Promotion of compliance-based management

We will promote management that adheres to appropriate compliance, strengthen corporate governance, improve and enhance internal control systems, fulfill our corporate social responsibilities, and aim to be a corporate group that is recognized as a leading company in the industry.

(5) Strengthening and promotion of human resource development

Recognizing that strengthening and promoting human resource development is one of the most important issues as a source of further growth of the Group, we are working to improve and enhance the recruitment and education system to ensure that the next generation of human resources are continuously produced.

(6) Strengthening and promotion of risk management system

In an emergency such as a natural disaster, a large-scale epidemic, or an information security accident,We will strengthen and promote the business continuity system to minimize the impact on the Group's business activities, such as restraining employees from going to work and suspending sales activities.
